Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations Before the Program Begins: Participants may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the start of the program for a full refund. After the Program Begins: No refunds will be issued once the program has started. If you need to withdraw after the program begins, please notify us, but note that refunds will not be provided. 2. Late Arrivals Late to a Session: If you arrive late to a session, you are welcome to join in, but please note that the session will not be extended, and missed content will not be covered individually. Consistent Lateness: Repeated late arrivals may impact your progress in the program. Please make every effort to arrive on time to ensure you get the most out of each session. 3. Missed Sessions Sick or Unable to Attend: If you are unable to attend a session due to illness or other reasons, please inform us as soon as possible. Missed sessions are not refundable or rescheduled. However, we will provide you with any handouts or resources distributed during the missed session. Catch-Up: We encourage you to review provided materials and reach out with any questions, but please understand that we cannot offer one-on-one makeup sessions. 4. Program Commitment This program is designed to build on skills each week. Your commitment and consistent attendance are crucial to your success. 5. Non-Refundable After the Program Begins: The program fee is non-refundable once the program has started, regardless of attendance.
